Day of prayer to end Gaza blockade and for peace in the Middle East, Sunday June 21st
Tuesday's Child are inviting people of all faiths to join them in prayer on Sunday 21st June to bring an end to the blockade of Gaza and the humanitarian crisis across the strip and also for peace in the Middle East.

We have chosen Mid-summer's day, as God shines His light on the world for longer than any other day of the year. Our prayer is that His divine light will shine into the hearts and minds of those capable of bringing and end to the ongoing plight of the people of Gaza and to permit proper access to humanatarian relief organisations there to start rebuilding the shattered lives of the people living there, most of all the children and young people.

Tuesday's Child is a Marian charity and will be praying the luminous mysteries of the Rosary and the chaplet to the Infant of Prague and pleading the intercession of Our Lady of Queen of Peace.

We hope that church services for all faiths across the world will come together in prayer. We also hope that individuals and families will take a little time to join in our prayer, wherever they are and whichever faith they belong to. We will never have world peace without peace in the Middle East. Read the full press release »
